Schedules of Condition

Prevention is better than cure; don't commit yourself to something until you know what you’re letting yourself in for! This schedule will assess the condition of the premises prior to commencement of the lease and, therefore, seek to ensure that you are no worse off when you leave the premises than when you move in; assuming of course that you have observed the obligations in the lease and maintained the premises appropriately!
