Open Market Valuations
Undertaken for a wide variety of purposes e.g. mortgage, tax planning (Inheritance Tax) and matrimonial purposes. These comprise of a brief report which is undertaken in accordance with the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Manual (The Red Book), as required.

Homebuyers Reports
A clear concise report on the structural condition of the property and any other salient issues which may have a material effect on the value. The report is ideally suited to relatively modern properties of conventional construction and includes an open market valuation and a re-instatement cost for insurance purposes.
